Registration Instructions
Upload the unedited video(s) of your performance onto a platform, such as YouTube or Youku. Your video should show the face, hands and feet of all players as best as possible.
Submit the link(s) together with the completed application form through the LIPF website (Application link coming soon).
Registration Deadline: July 1, 2024
General Notes:
Each group may contain a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 8 players of any combination of instruments. (including voice, percussion, bandoneon, etc.)
Video may have beginning and end ‘cleaned up’ but cannot have any edits during the performance.
Music stands should be set as low as possible so that performers are visible to camera (judges).
CHAMBER GROUP COMPETITION
ALL ages welcome
Repertoire: up to 40 Minutes total
Present 2 works of contrasting styles from different time periods.
Each piece may be an entire work or a single movement of a larger work.
20th and 21st Century pieces are welcome, but score must be included with application.
Application Fee: $75 per player
Prizes:
1st Prize $1500 plus a concert presentation during 2024-2025 Season
2nd Prize $1200
3rd Prize $1000

JUNIOR CHAMBER GROUP COMPETITION
Participants must not exceed 18 years of age by July 1, 2024
Repertoire:
Up to 20 Minutes total
Free choice of pieces or movements from the standard Chamber Music Repertoire.
Application Fee: $50 per player
Prizes:
1st Prize: $500, plus free tuition for the 2024 festival for all members.
2nd Prize: $400, plus 75% discount* tuition for the 2024 festival for all members.
3rd Prize: $300, plus 50% discount* tuition for the 2024 festival for all members.
